  We booked a NON SMOKING room through travel website. When we got there, they said our reservation came through as SMOKING, even though my copy of the reservation said otherwise. They were out of rooms, and wouldn't move us to a non-smoking room. The customer service related to this issue was horrible, the manager would not do anything to compensate us or make our stay more comforatable. The room smelled disgusting, the bed was hard, and the pillows really had a bad smoke smell. They don't do a great job cleaning either, and don't provide any toiletries. And it was expensive to stay here!!!!
