  Many problems with stay. The first room given to me was next to LOUD construction in the hotel. I asked to be moved and was. Then the phone did not work in one of our rooms for two days. Then the Internet did not work for a full day due to a mechanical problem in a room with the router. We were on business and needed the Internet. We had to go the local Starbucks to get Internet. When I called for a room service breakfast at 6:30am one day when the room service opened there was no answer for 20 minutes. When I called the front desk there also was no answer. The walls were very thin and I heard everything in the room next door. All in all a disappointing stay.

  Great location in wine country. The bed was extremely comfortable. We will stay here again when we travel to this area. The outdoor pool looked inviting but the weather wasn't cooperating.

  I had a wonderful time at this hotel ? the rooms were neatly cleaned and spacious. I read the other reviews, but didn?t notice any noise at the hotel, and it seemed fairly busy so they may have just caught a bad group one evening?nonetheless the hotel sits right on the hill so the views are great, and the pool area is better than most ? there is actually a nice little social scene poolside in the evenings. Check out the restaurant, and sit on the deck outside by the windows because the view and the nice warm air make for a great evening.

  The rooms were spacious, secure and very clean. The cleaning staff was extremely courtious and pleasant. Easy check-in/out, very quiet. + wine ice bucket, - no wine glasses. Middle/upperclass stay. A 4 star with 5 star qualities.
