  We we quite pleased at our one night stay at the Santa Rosa Best Western. We found it clean,convenient to highway access and local attractions ,complemented by a pleasant and helpful staff and of reasonable cost.

  We stayed here one night while on vacation. My husband loved this place. We had a king sized room. It was very large and decorated nice. The room was clean and well kept. The bathroom was huge. My husband's favorite part was sitting on the porch (sliding glass doors, off the room, to a covered concrete porch). He sat out there all evening enjoying the beautiful weather and the flower garden. We went for a swim in the pool that was close to our room. It was a very nice motel and our room was great.

  We had a great stay at this motel. The suite was perfect for our family of 5. It was safe, clean, had a little patio and a lovely pool. The room was very clean and we were so happy not to notice any old smoke or musty smells. We've dealt with that problem at similar motels. We would definately recommend this motel to family and friends and we would stay here again. The only small issue that we had was that we could not get our discount once we got to the motel. I didn't notice it at the time of booking online but I plan on calling the motel ahead next time before completing the booking process.

  Our stay at the Best Western was nice. The people behind the front desk did their best in getting us a room that had 2 queen beds instead of the king size bed that the reservation had stated was the only one availble. Thanks to them, we had a comfortable room and a great stay.
