  I question whether travelocity should have the santa rosa esa as an offering. our experience was: bugs in the bathroom, broken toilet seat, ineffective air conditioner, warm refrigerator, stained countertops, ...

  I question whether Travelocity should have the Santa Rosa ESA as an offering. Our experience was: bugs in the bathroom, broken toilet seat, ineffective air conditioner, warm refrigerator, stained countertops, etc. We wouldn't even consider staying there again and obviously could not recommend it to others.

  I would stay again for sure. the convenience of having the kitchen in the room while traveling with kids was a major plus and money saver for our food budget. ...

  I would stay again for sure. The convenience of having the kitchen in the room while traveling with kids was a major plus and money saver for our food budget. The room was clean. Noise from the highway at night was not a factor during our stay. I recommend this hotel to anyone with kids who are traveling and trying to save some money.

  The room was dirty, i actually had to go to the front desk to request new sheets , then we went out and bought a blanket because i refused to use ...

  The room was dirty, I actually had to go to the front desk to request new sheets , then we went out and bought a blanket because I refused to use their's. Also because the hotel is so close to the freeway, you can here the cars all night. They appeared understaffed and overrun. The only reason we didn't leave was that there was some sort of soccer tournament going on so all the other hotels in Santa Rosa and Rohnert Park were full.

  Upon arrival, the room smelled a bit musty. so i tried to air it out the best i could.

  Upon arrival, the room smelled a bit musty. So I tried to air it out the best I could.
  
  When I went into the restroom later that evening, there was toothpaste/spit in the sink. I really don't think the maid service does a thorough job and had me wondering if the sheets on the bed were clean or did the maid just make the bed.
  
  I won't be staying there again. The older hotel I stayed at previously was cleaner and had more ammenities than this newer hotel.
